Hi
Have you even passed 12th with 24 % in pcb?
Anyway,
No, you are not eligible for neet examination and thus can't get admission irrespective of your neet marks.
This is because,
To be eligible for neet, you should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
-
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Now,
You belong to sc category and your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology is
= 24 % i. e less then 40% which is minimum percentage requirement for sc category to be eligible.
