I have 46 marks only in jee main And i belongs to OBC Is it qualified for jee advance

Yes congratulations you have qualified utoff marks for OBC category which is 45 this year.
So you can also appear For JEE advanced and hence eligible for all IIts, NIT, IIITs, GFTIs.
With this score however, getting top NITs and IIITs is difficult.
With NIT Sikkim and NIT MIZORAM you might have mediocre chances.
