As you have cleared your ST category JEE Mains cut-off so you are eligible for JoSAA counselling to get admission into NIT's , IIIT's and GFTI's .But since you have very low score , so you have very less chances to get a seat in any NIT. But you can still check the cut-off for NIT's to check the seat availability there based on your ST category. Below is the link for that.
