For giving NEET entrance examination , the eligibility criteria is if should have 50% in physics , chemistry and biology respectively .

So , i would suggest you to please convert your marks to actual percentage and if you have 50% or more in each subjects then you are qualified to give neet

Any one with a 10+2 qualification and above with biology stream is eligible to appear for NEET examination.

Honestly, your 12th grades matter only when the admission is done on the basis of merit. In NEET the admission is taken on the basis of marks obtained by the student in the examination.
