i have 84 percentile in jee mains but i have got only 40% in maths cbse board could i join in any colleges of tamilnadu???

Your chances of getting a good college through JEE mains is very low. I will suggest you to better go for private universities at tamilnadu from General category. If you can get a NIT then you should have a total of 75 percent cutoff in your Boards.
