If you cancel your MTech seat after 2nd round, KEA will not refund your fees and you are most likely to lose the full amount paid to KEA.

As the admission is done and the rounds are over there's no big extra penalty but no refund either. you must submit a written cancellation request to KEA as soon as possible in order to cancel your MTech seat.
