There are lots of engineering colleges in India which are taking admission in BTech through lateral entries.
You can go for that.

Hello Ankit Kumar,
Top Engineering colleges in india such as IITs, NITs don't take lateral Entry that is direct admission in 2nd year for Diploma Holders.
You can go for Top private university, State Government Owned Engineering college. You can find top engineering college on Careees360 .
