 All the reputed  Institutes in India has eligibility criteria for MBA, students have to meet it before admission. General eligibility is that 50% marks in graduation from a recognized university and need to secure good percentile in national level entrance tests(CAT, MAT and CMAT, etc...) or admission seeking institutes entrance tests like LPUNEST, DSAT, XAT, and SNAP. My advice to you would be that try to improve the marks and go for an MBA.

For hr u need to appear for Xat exam to get a admission in xlri Jamshedpur..even though xlri don't focous on past academic records.u need to get more than 98%tile in Xat to get a call a from hrm in xlri..and u can give tissnet exam to get a seat in tiss Mumbai hrm course..it is regarded as best hr institute in India..after then u cam appear for snap for scmhrd Pune. then MDI gurugram is also a good hr college..hope it help..:)
