I have completed my graduation in Distance education I didn't get my results of final year I have only 2years marks memo is that ok ?

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that the 2 years marks memo is not sufficient as you have mentioned that you have completed your graduation so in any competition your final year marks will be necessary ,so you should have your final year marks with you.
