The scientific study of living organisms related to their origin, evolution and biological traits is Life  Sciences. This course gives you the opportunity to explore all forms of science that include study of living organisms thus making it a 'multidisciplinary' study.
There is so much that you can do after your Bachelor's in Life Sciences. You may go for higher studies like M.Sc ,P.hd and M.Phil  in life Sciences after which you become eligible to the post of a lecturer in any university or college. You may even go in the research field if you have curiousity to learn and explore more. You may appear for entrance exams like  NISER,IISER,IITs also offer courses in life sciences but for that you need to score good in JEE.
You may go for Agriculture Sector,Biotechnology,Bioinformatics,Farm houses,Health clubs,Food processing industries, laboratories and many more.
You can go for M Sc in Chemistry as well if you have studied Mathematics for atleast one semester of the entire course of B.Sc and also you must have had Mathematics in 10+2.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
