I have done payment in jee mains application but still it's showing payment incomplete why is that so?

May be it is due to technical fault.

You need to mail on the official mail id given on the official website. You just have to mention your query in the mail or you have to call on the helpline number given on the official website. (Jeemain.nta.nic.in)Helpline will remain operational during 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

amount has been debited from my account but still not updated in payment details
