I have Doubt I am doing bca From an Institute Not University Am i eligible for nimcet exam they mention in eligibility criteria ( Graduation from recognized University ) I am Confused I am doing bca from institute not University Am i eligible or not

Hello,

Even if you are studying in an institute it will be affiliated to an university. If your institute is recognised by bodies such as UGC, AICTE etc you will be eligible to apply for NIMCET. Candidates who have passed or appearing in the final year examination in the following course are eligible to apply

  • 3 year B.Sc, B.Sc (Hons), BCA and BIT  with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects.
  • 4 year B.E/B.Tech

Candidates belonging to general or OBC category must score minimum 60% Marks or 6.5 CGPA on 10 point scale. Candidates belonging to SC ST category must score minimum 50% marks or 5.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale.
