Dear Sakshi, entering 'No' for a repeater if AIIMS exam in nowhere effects the merit. So you will be allowed to appear for the exam. To add on, if you qualify and you secure a seat in counselling and admission, you can even join the college. That wont stop you from joining the Medical college in AIIMS.
