i am not understanding how did you declared pass if you got failed in your compartment exams .however if you are passed now then yes you can fill for the improvement exams in the next year .you can give your improvement exams but you will have to attempt all the subjects in your 12ths .try clearing your answer on quora , i am answering you as one of my friend was also got failed in their compartment
