Dr. Bala, NTA in its Information Bulletin does mention that NTA will neither accept requests for change in the Category in the NEET application form once the correction window has been closed nor will it make changes on its own in the applications. And the merit list is prepared keeping in mind the Category that you filled at the time of the completing the application form. The correction window is the last chance to make any corrections. And once the merit list has been prepared, you cannot make any changes to your Category. So what happens is in case your daughter fails to submit her OBC-NCL certificate during document verification, her admission might stand cancelled.
