I have gave Jan jee exam and want to give April one also , but mistakenly I filled form of freash candidate,would my form will be rejected ?

No, your form would not be rejected.
NTA allowed one to correct the mistakes in the application forms but I am not sure what you are asking is going to happen or not.
But do not fill a duplicate form because then NTA will reject your application form.Most probably your April attempt percentile would be considered only...

You can correct the details in the application form .on the month of march correction window will be opened.march 11 it will be opened and march 15 is the last date you can correct your details at that time.
