first of all tell me what are the courses you want to pursue after 12th . as many courses doesnot recquires percentage ,they simply commence entrance exams whichyou can clear and take admissions . there are also some good private colleges which takes admissions without asking for good percentile. kindly comment the course you are interested in so that i can give you a more specific answer .
