Yes you can apply for Mtech in civil enfengineer or even in other fields also.

To participate in the admission process, there are some conditions and requirements that the candidates will be required to meet. These required conditions will be present in the BITS HD 2019 eligibility criteria. If a candidate fails to meet the criteria, then he/she will be termed unqualified for the examination.

• Should have passed B.E./B.Tech (or equivalent) course from a recognized University.

The candidates should have scored minimum 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
