In 2017 the last candidate from OBC secured a seat in DU LLB with score of 121 according to DU LLB Expected Cutoff for 2018 200-210 will be cutoff marks for OBC candidates this time. As you have scored just 121 which is way lesser than the required range of 200-210, it means you've negligible chance of getting a seat in LLB. Best of luck!

Sorry to inform you but you just fall little bit short in rank. If you have performed little better than you could get good college of DU. However,you have still few chance for admission there but dont expect some top ranked college. Keep your finger cross. Hope for best.
