Hey dear, seeing last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were unable to get a govt. Mbbs seat. So with 220 marks whichever category you belong to, you wont get a mbbs govt. Seat and for bhms and bams too it seems bit tough, although you must go and attend bams and bhms counselling, hope for the best. If you don't want to drop and have good financial stability so you can try for private colleges, or try other medical courses like b.pharma.
