There are colleges which accept admissions without CAT, XAT or MAT scores. However, authenticity of their programme can be questionable. What you can do is appear for any of the national level management entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, NMAT etc. And, even if you score a decent percentile, you'll have many renowned B-schools in your list to get an admission process call. CAT and XAT for this academic year have already happened. You can focus on MAT, GMAT, NMAT etc.
