I have got 76.6% in 12th boards. and 32 marks in jee main . I belong to obc. Is I am eligible for dtu?

No chance to get DTU at this marks.......try for other private colleges

I got 86.2 percent in class 12 board .and 52900 category rank and outside Delhi can I am eligible for dtu,nsit ,iiitd
