sir i have got 53% in pcm in my class 12th...and i have got 30,000 rank in jee mains under SC category am i eligible for nsut and dtu??

yes, you are eligible for DTU because your board marks although are not adequate but you will get a relaxation of 10% beacuse of SC category.
the minimum requirement is 60% in pcm but sc candidates get a 10% relaxation.
pls check with your rank in the previous year cut-off list to get a clear picture.
