I have got 91.47 percentile in jee main and I m under EWS category. My rank is 95990 and category rank is 11960.Can I get NIT?

With your rank and percentile, you have a chance at some lower tier NITs like NIT Karaikal, NIT Jamshedpur and NIT Hamirpur. The cut offs for courses like CSE are higher, so you have lower chances to get a seat in CSE. However, since you are also a reserved category student, you have a fair chance for branches like Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering and Civil Engineering.
