I have got 95 marks in jee adv 2019. I belongs to obc-ncl. Maths 43, phy 32 and chem 20. Is there any chances to get a seat in any iit..??

Congratulations for clearing JEE Advanced, yes you will definitely clear JEE Advanced in terms of total cutoff as well as sectional cutoff.
But there is a large difference in clearing the cutoff and getting a seat in IIT, at this score you will not get any IIT, because for getting IIT, you need a minimum of 130 marks.
