If your name got misspelled then you can ask the organization to correct it. They can only guide you to how to make it correct. write a mail to them regarding the error and ask them to look into the matter as soon as possible and revert the answer back to you.

There won't be any problem as it is your paper and you are patented to it. You and your researcher colleague will have the right and no body else. SO don't worry about it.
