Here is the marking scheme :-

A correct response leads to award of 4 marks.
1 mark will be deducted for incorrect response.
0 marks for unattempted questions.

Yes. You are correct .. jipmer has made some changes in the marking scheme which is as :-

+4 for marking Correct Response

-1 for marking Incorrect Response

0 marks for unattempted questions..
