I have not given exam but my 12th percent is 69.4(PCME) and 61.44(PCM)and JEE MAINS marks are 65. Can I get admission now in UTU

Hi Purvikaushik.
Admision to BTech in UTU is based on JEE Main marks. So, you can get admission in UTU, with your JEE marks. I'd say you have a chance of getting admission, as students with higher marks will be going for various NIT/IIIT/GFTI.
