It was a technical error faced by yo. AIIMS hasn't released any resolution till now  for technical errors. Students who faced the same issue tried clearing their  cache, browsing history, etc restarting their systems and relogging in. You may try it as well. It might not be resolved immediately but eventually you will be able to get through and complete the registration process.
