As in India, the central government recognises the IGCSE board as other boards like CBSE, ICSE. Admission for any further studies can be done on the basis of marks scored in IGCSE board. It is acceptable in all the schools in India.

As you have already passes 10th from a recognised board, you can apply for 12th at any place or any boards in India. There is no restriction in it.
