Sameya, you should use the code 02 for NEET as you have passed your 12th boards with PBC in 2019 (or before). You will not use the code 05 since you are pursuing BA. Code 05 can be used only by those candidates who are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology.
