I hope you are doing well, If you scored more than 65% in BCA the i would suggest you to prepare for NIMCET as it is not that much hark as compared to JEE Maths. You can easily crack it and get admission in NIT's if you get a good rank. And as you mentioned about 2 years thing there is only one college which provide 2 Year MCA course and that is NIT Patna and the rest colleges MCA program is of 3 years. If you prepare for NIMCET you will be also preparing for other colleges entrance exam which would help you is somehow you wont be able to crack NIMCET.
