For B.F.Tech, candidates need to qualify 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. So if you haven't studied mathematics in intermediate, then you are not eligible for B.F.Tech. Candidate's who have done diploma programmes of engineering from AICTE, are also eligible for B.F.Tech programme. For B.Des, there is no such subject barrier.
