I have scored 155 marks and all India ranking is 486648 and percentile is 61.4467 so will I get BHMS and BAMS seat ??

Thete are very less chances for you to get enrolled in bhms and bams.
300 to 400 is ideal to get a seat in them.

It would be tough to provide you the exact information. Based on NEET 2018 score the chances seems to be less to get a seat in Government colleges but you can have the chance for the private colleges.
