There might be fee reimbursement schemes but there's nothing like free seat. Even in government medical colleges there's fee structure .

I am assuming you from general category.

It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like

You have low chances for mbbs in government colleges . Even for government quota seats in private medical colleges your chances are extremely low. For the same your marks should have been at least around 500 marks.
