So sorry to say that you are not eligible for NEET.
You are eligible for NEET only if you belong to OBC/ SC/SC categories since the eligibility criteria for these categories is 40% aggregate of you PCB score.
If you belong to PWD then the eligibility criteria is 45% so you are eligible for NEET.
