Admission to state quota seats is done on the basis of counselling conducted by the state authorities. State merit list is released by the authorities which depends on factors such as the number of candidates applying for admission, number of seats, etc. Therefore it would be difficult to tell you exactly about chances of admission. However, you can refer to the previous year allotment list of Tamil Nadu for reference
