Now in future if you think that you have made some mistake in any of the mentioned details then you can update those details during the NEET UG 2021 Correction window which will be active from August 8th to 12th 2021 :-

• Personal details - Father’s/mother’s name, date of birth, gender, birthplace, eligibility for 15% AIQ, ID card details among others
• Exam preference details - Medium of question paper, NEET exam centres 2021 preferences
• Academic details - Class 10, 11 & 12 details
• Address details - Permanent, correspondence address and contact details
• Image discrepancy

As you have mentioned that you have submitted the neet application form successfully and taking into consideration that you have also got the confirmation letter from nta so, I don't think you need to worry about anything.

Because nta doesn't intimate you regarding your successful application through mail. Main thing is that you have the confirmation page with you which is a proof for your submission.
