It doesn't matter even if you have passed with 2 marks as grace marking in your chemistry what matters is that you have passed in your chemistry , so your grace marks are considered for neet eligibility , so you don't need to worry about it .

Now, your aggregate in PCB is 247 marks i.e 82 % which is greater than 50 % , so you are eligible for Neet Examination as to be eligible one needs at least a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in class 12th board examination if  belongs to general category and you fulfil this criteria and thus you are eligible.
