THE reason you are asked to mention your name and date is to check how recent the photograph is and for resemblance in the exam hall for investigation. Now you will also carry a Valid Id which will have your pic. And you can be easily identified from that. So even if you do not mention name and date on the photograph, you are still good. It will not be rejected for this reason. So there is nothing to be worrried about.

It won't be a problem for you if you do not have name and date on photo.There are no instructions given about the passport size photographs that you upload.You need to upload photos of candidate's signature, passport size photograph and left thumb impression in specified format.So you don't need to be worry.
