If you typed the spelling of your mother's name incorrectly, it would not be a huge problem. When you go for admission into a college through JEE Mains marks, make you sure you type the name correctly there. Over all, this won't be a problem. If anything occurs, you might have to submit an application regarding change of name to the JEE authorities, nothing more than that. So, don't worry.
