I like to know about placement scenario in mtech(mech department) at Lowers IIT ( like Guwahati, roorkee)......pls..tell me

As these are the lower NITs so the placement is not that good in comparison to other NITs and IITs but it does not mean chances of placements are minimal. Can you please tell what is your gate score?
