The Jee mains will be conducted only in online mode from this year and you cannot attempt the exam in offline mode.
Hope this helps.
Sorry but from 2019 JEE only conducts jee main online there's no ofline paper available now. Moreover if you haven't filled the form on 7th then I am sorry to say the last date to register for the exam is on 7th march hence you can't give the exam this year.
