Dear Satish, you havent mentioned the name of the University you want to take a Demand Draft for but ideally you dont need any Account no# for a Demand Draft. You need to draw it in favour of the Registrar of the University.  Like someone who heads the University. Please check with the administration of your College to cjeck in whose favour should the DD be drawn.
