The last date to makes corrections is 14th August. Please try it again.  Candidates can only make changes in the neet exam centre, medium of Question Paper that is the language, photo, signature, email id, address, category, age and payment related issue only through the official website.

And because the process is still ongoing so try again sometimes due to technical issues it happens.
