i passed class 12 in 2018 and apperared for improvement in 2019 in jee main January i filled 2019 as passing year and and i have filled details of 2019 what should I fill in jee mains April in class 12 details ?

When you appear an improvement exam in the next year after you actual board exam then the year if improvement exam is you year of passing because it is obvious that you will use the marks of improvement exam.So, don't worry and do not do any changes because you have filled the right details.
