The eligibility criteria for pursuing physiotherapy course is 10+2 with physics , englush ,chemistryand biology with a minimum of 50% in physics ,chemistry and  biology .But since , you are getting 48.67% in PCB which is less than 50% , so clearly you are ineligible for physiotherapy.But there are many private colleges who do accept admissions of students not satisfying this eligibility criteria.You can also try to get admission in physiotherapy in these colleges.
