Hey you can get admission in college but as you not mention in which stream you have to take admission For eg if you want take admission in Bachelor of commerce then you Mumbai University apply there and fill college preference after completing the these process then list will come .If you % eligible for college then you can take admission

Which course you want to choose, unless it is not clear it is too difficult to choose a college. 

The question is incomplete unless you express which course you are trying to pursue? 

Do you want to be engineer? 

Doctor? 

Going for management? 

Still your percentage is not at all bad. Once you are in the University try to learn as much as you can and do participate in extra curricular activities. Do internships every summer break. Having said that, need to know about your course.
