As per your information you got 86.731 percentile in AEEE. Cutoff in every exam can be dependent on various factors like difficulty of examination, number of candidates appeared for the exam, availability of seats and also previous years cutoff trends. It is not possible to predict that whether you will get in or not for CSE. But there is a small chance. Cut off will be different every year. For Computer Science engineering the cutoff in Home State quarters 2500 and other state it is 1000.  You must have more than 90 percentile score for getting Coimbatore campus in CSE branch. Your rank will be between the range of 3000-4000. You secured a very good score but less chance to get admission in CSE in Coimbatore.
