Considering the rank formula( "864469 are the number of candidates appeared for the January exam. So rank formula is (100- your total score) * 864469 / 100"), your rank will be be around 67-70k. So with this rank you are pretty safe with your qualification.

Since yourare in general Category and you have scored 92.22 percentile then you have qualified JEE Mains because the previous year minimum cutoff percentile score for general Candidates was 89.75 percentile...Hence you are eligibile to appear for JEE Advanced examination..and your eligibility for JEE Advanced does not depends upon your ranking but depends upon your percentile score which is related to your rank. And since your percentile is above minimum requirement to qualify JEE Mains..you are eligibile for JEE Advanced examination..
